I have been searching for very long diffuser sticks and luckily found Decorum Interiors online. I have a big vase that I wanted to use as a diffuser and the sticks from Decorum Interiors do the job perfectly. They are of very good quality and are doing the job perfectly. I had problems with the delivery company where they damaged my order and was not delivered to me. On contacting Decorum Interiors they very quickly contacted the delivery company and got a replacement sent to me which arrived the next day and in good condition! Fantastic service from start to finish. We received our furniture yesterday, and the process from ordering and paying, to getting the items delivered was great. The customer service team were fantastic when I called to ask a question, they called me back the same day with the answer. The furniture was delivered 3 weeks ahead of the scheduled delivery date, amazing, and the delivery driver was polite, informative and very helpful. From start to finish the experience with Decorum has been fabulous, the furniture is soooo lovely, the customer service team are great and the dispatch team are lovely also. This is the first time I have purchased from Decorum and I hope it wont be the last.
